Job Summary
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs to deliver appropriate e-learning courses.
- Ensure that the company meet its objectives by developing & implementing high impact learning & development programs
- Create training plans to ensure that all employees have the required competencies to excel in their roles.
- Deliver training to various verticals of the business and work with various stakeholders to coordinate and organize training sessions.
- Make necessary revisions in the training programs (content, delivery mechanism, topics, etc.) based on the feedback and evaluation outcomes to optimize & improve the impact of L&D initiatives
- Establish strong partnerships with the business to gain a strong understanding of current business issues and opportunities, as related to learning and development.
- Develop the training content and implement various learning methods company wide (e.g. : coaching, job-shadowing, online training, e-learning) which cater to the training needs and goals of employees.
- Responsible for rolling out L & D programs for the supervisory and managerial level employees across corporate and regions in India.
- Create customized development plans for high potential employees identified by the Business to equip them to take on leadership roles in the future.
- Assist in designing targeted interventions for leadership development and succession planning to build a robust talent pipeline for the organization.
