B. About Your Role

We are looking for an Associate - Client Servicing to join our Brand Communication team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between clients and internal execution teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery, and alignment of deliverables with client expectations. You will play a key role in driving client satisfaction, account growth, and overall project success.

C. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships by setting clear expectations, maintaining regular communication, and ensuring all deliverables are aligned with the agreed scope.
  • Coordinate with internal teams—designers, animators, visualizers, content creators, and marketers—to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of campaigns and services.
  • Develop and present performance reports, strategy decks, and monthly updates to clients to demonstrate progress and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify account growth opportunities, propose up-selling and cross-selling strategies, and contribute to client retention and revenue expansion.
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to provide strategic recommendations and innovative digital marketing ideas to clients.
  • Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations including pitch presentations, campaign planning, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure optimal utilization of resources and client satisfaction.
  • Seek timely feedback from clients, address queries or escalations proactively, and ensure issue resolution within agreed timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership and creative teams to improve service delivery standards and develop new digital strategies.

D. Required Qualifications & Experience

Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Account Management or Client Servicing .
  • Essential technical skills

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing concepts and familiarity with online campaign execution.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with creative and technical teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving approach.
  • Proactive attitude and ownership mindset.
  • Preferred but not mandatory skills or experiences

  • Experience working with digital media publishers and managing multiple client portfolios.
