Senior Developer - Node.js / Express.js

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced NodeJS Developer (510 years) with strong expertise in backend development. The ideal candidate will have deep proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and related frameworks, along with hands-on experience in performance optimization, microservices, CI / CD, and Agile practices.

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling enterprise-grade applications, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to best practices and architectural :

• Lead and contribute to multiple development projects ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Gather requirements, design technical specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Architect, design, and implement scalable backend solutions using Node.js and related frameworks.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, performing code reviews and enforcing best practices.
• Participate in HLD & LLD discussions, ensuring robust system design.
• Optimize performance, concurrency, and scalability in Node.js applications.
• Work across technology domains to solve complex business challenges.
• Establish and maintain CI / CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, architects, frontend, QA).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Stay updated with latest industry trends and suggest :
• Experience : 5-10 years of hands-on experience with Node.js (Express.js / NestJS).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript and modern backend development practices.
• Proven expertise in multi-threading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented and service-oriented architectures (OOP, SOA, Microservices).
• Proficiency in Git, CI / CD pipelines, Agile (Scrum / Kanban).
• Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, Redis, PostgreSQL.
• Strong debugging, profiling, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and mentor junior engineers.
