Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - T&E

In this role, you'll be performing audits of expense reports in auditing tool.

Responsibilities

• .Identify and escalate critical incidents with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
• .Provide updates, status, and completion information to manager, problem request tracking system, and / or users, via voice mail, e-mail, or in-person communication.
• .Use CONCUR skills to trouble-shoot configuration issues - (Preferable)
• .Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to resolve the issues
• .Handle customer requests within the prescribed SLA. Able to work in a competitive environment, meet the KPIs productivity quality and provide customer satisfaction
