Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on BTL Marketing Manager to lead Ferty9’s below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities at a regional level. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing hyperlocal campaigns such as fertility awareness camps, clinic-level engagement, partnerships, and social media management. The ideal candidate should have experience in healthcare or service-based field marketing, a deep understanding of the local market, and the ability to build strong community connections.
Key Responsibilities
Local Campaign Execution
- Plan and implement on-ground BTL marketing activities such as fertility camps, awareness drives, and outreach events in the assigned region.
- Identify high-potential areas and local opportunities for brand visibility and lead generation.
Community & Hyperlocal Engagement
Build strong local partnerships with clinics, pharmacies, local influencers, NGOs, and community leaders.Customize campaigns based on regional audience behavior and demographics.Social Media Management
Manage clinic-level social media pages with relevant and engaging content.Capture and post live event updates, testimonials, and community stories.Event Management
Take full ownership of organizing fertility camps and other brand events—right from venue finalization, promotion, vendor coordination to on-ground execution.Ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders and attendees.Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain detailed reports of all BTL activities, leads generated, ROI, and budget spent.Share weekly and monthly reports with the BTL Marketing Head and suggest improvements.Brand Representation
Serve as the face of the brand in local interactions, maintaining professionalism and brand integrity.Ensure all materials and communications align with brand standards.Coordination & Compliance
Coordinate with the central marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment of messaging and goals.Ensure adherence to all legal, ethical, and company policies during all activities.Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience :
2–4 years of experience in BTL / field marketing, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, wellness, or service-oriented sectors.Proven ability to manage events, field campaigns, and vendor partnerships.Local language fluency (Telugu preferred) and familiarity with the local geography and culture.Skills :
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and handle on-ground challenges with agility.Knowledge of digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram for local engagement.Willingness to travel locally within the region for campaigns and events.
