Mandatory Skill Set :

  • Experience in working as a Business Analyst on projects with international clients
  • Experience developing enterprise applications
  • Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) is a must-have , to support client communication and collaboration

  • Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
  • Good to have : exposure to domains like IoT, Utilities, or Connected Devices
  • Responsible for bridging the gap between IT and business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to work independently

    Job Description : Candidates should have at least 4 years experience as a Business Analyst Should have strong international client facing skills and cross team / group / organisation collaboration skills. Experience of working on an Enterprise software development project, with team sizes larger than 10 members Excellent written and Verbal communication skills - there will be regular calls and meetings with clients Should have prior experience working in an Agile software development project – At least 2 years experience You will work closely with the customer teams for demonstrating features developed. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Should have experience in transforming requirements to software design.
