Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Customer Service
- Welcome customers warmly and understand their jewellery preferences and requirements.
- Present and demonstrate jewellery designs, explaining product features such as purity, weight, design, pricing, and certification details.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer objections tactfully and provide satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, current offers, and trends.
2. Product Knowledge & Presentation
Stay informed about gold karats, diamond grades, hallmarking, gemstone types, and jewellery craftsmanship.Ensure all counters are clean, well-organized, and display-ready.Handle jewellery carefully and maintain proper tagging and placement of items.Coordinate with the inventory team for stock availability and replenishment.3. Sales Process & Documentation
Follow standard operating procedures for billing, exchange, and returns.Ensure accurate documentation of sales, receipts, and customer details.Support in daily closing activities, including cash and stock reconciliation.Comply with company policies for pricing, discounting, and approvals.4. Customer Relationship Management
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.Maintain and update customer records in CRM or sales systems.Support showroom marketing and customer engagement activities.5. Teamwork & Store Support
