Role Overview

Food Whisperer is a fast-growing food brand focused on delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, scaling operations, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Operations Management
• Manage operations across all kitchens, outlets, and delivery zones.
• Develop and execute expansion strategies and scalable systems.
• Team Leadership
• Lead cross-functional teams including kitchen staff, delivery, customer service, and support.
• Implement performance metrics and drive accountability.
• Customer Experience & Quality Control
• Maintain top-tier food quality, hygiene, and service standards.
• Monitor feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Supply Chain & Inventory
• Oversee procurement, vendor relations, inventory control, and logistics.
• Ensure cost-effective sourcing and minimal wastage.
• Financial Management
• Monitor P&L, control costs, and ensure profitability.
• Forecast budgets and report performance metrics.
• Compliance & Safety
• Ensure adherence to FSSAI, labor laws, fire safety, and other regulations.
