Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns across multiple channels, including Email, WhatsApp, Push, and SMS.
• Design, implement, and track A / B tests to refine messaging, targeting, and overall campaign strategy.
• Analyze campaign performance data and present actionable insights to cross-functional teams.
• Partner with product and marketing teams to drive user engagement and retention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate campaign data, reports, and dashboards to monitor performance.
