Lead React Native Engineer

Job Description :

We are looking for a Lead candidate with a strong background in React Native and OTT front-end development. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building and scaling cross-platform applications, optimizing performance for streaming platforms, and delivering seamless user experiences. You should be comfortable with UI / UX implementation, API integration, debugging complex issues, and working across the full mobile app development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the architecture and development of cross-platform OTT front-end applications for Mobile (iOS / Android), STB, and Smart TVs (Android TV, Tizen, WebOS) using React Native.
• Build and optimize media and streaming applications, ensuring high-quality video playback, performance, and reliability across platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver scalable, user-centric streaming experiences.
• Leverage solid JavaScript expertise to build and maintain applications for Samsung Tizen and LG WebOS ecosystems.
• Define technical standards and best practices, conducting regular code reviews and ensuring consistency across projects.
• Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Integrate third-party SDKs and APIs (e.G., analytics, DRM, content delivery, ad tech) into OTT applications.
• Drive performance optimization across devices, ensuring smooth navigation, responsive UI, and efficient resource usage.
• Stay current with OTT and Smart TV technologies, evaluating new tools and frameworks to enhance platform capabilities.
