Role : Founding Mobile Engineer (React Native)

As Snelo’s Founding Mobile Engineer, you will own the complete mobile product experience - from architecture to release. You’ll collaborate directly with the founding team, shaping both technology and user experience from Day 1.

Responsibilities

• Build high-performance, cross-platform mobile apps using React Native (TypeScript / JavaScript) for Android + iOS.
• Implement core product flows : authentication, notifications, deep linking, analytics, and API integrations.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate Firebase / Node.js APIs and handle real-time data sync.
• Optimize app performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Manage App Store / Play Store deployments, OTA updates, and version control.
• Set up CI / CD pipelines for continuous delivery (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, or similar).
• Work closely with UI / UX designers to deliver smooth, pixel-perfect experiences.
• Monitor analytics and user behavior to iterate quickly on feedback.
