Role & Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for a US Voice Process , focusing on server-related issues.
- Operate on a callback model , where cases are created for customers, and engineers provide direct troubleshooting assistance.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues on Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2008 R2, SCCM, SCMON, Win XP, Vista, Win7, Exchange 2007, IIS, and ISA .
- Leverage deep problem-solving and logical thinking skills to resolve complex technical challenges.
Profile Requirements
Experience : Minimum 1 year of documented Technical Experience , specifically with a focus on Windows Server environments for Premier support.Core Competencies / Skills / Knowledge :Strong Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills with a logical approach.Working knowledge of personal computer architecture and network architecture .A strong passion for Technology (curious, eager to learn, stays updated with latest technologies).Working knowledge of Windows NT Server and / or Windows 2000 Server and Windows NT Workstation and / or Windows 2000 Professional .Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, System Setup, System Performance, and Domain Environment .Knowledge of Boot Process, Backup Process (including Types Of Backup), Hyper-V Type 1 & Type 2, and Storage .Certifications (Recommended) : MCP / MTA / MCSA / MCITP / MCSE Certified in Windows Server Operating Systems.Communication : Excellent English Communication is mandatory.To Apply : Interested candidates can call Rose at 9873538143 (or WhatsApp at 8595800635 ) or email your resume to [HIDDEN TEXT] .
