Job Description :
- Work as a subject matter expert in Genesys providing technical guidance and best practices for solution design and deployment
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to configure and integrate Genesys platforms tailored to business requirements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Genesys deployments focusing on system optimization and operational efficiency
- Stay current with the latest Genesys features releases and industry trends to ensure solutions remain uptodate and competitive
- Support the evaluation and adoption of new Genesys modules or enhancements based on evolving business needs
- Participate in technical discussions workshops and knowledge sharing sessions to foster team development.
