Liaison Officer

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Approvals & Licensing

Obtain and renew mandatory licenses and approvals including :

PCPNDT (Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques) Act approvals

ART Registration (Level 1 & Level 2 Clinics)

Bombay Nursing Home Registration

Fire NOC / Fire Safety clearances

Change of Usage and Municipal Permissions

Bio-Medical Waste Management approvals

Pollution Control Board clearance

Trade license and other relevant compliances also under the scope of liasoning officer.

Ensure timely renewal of all licenses without lapse.

Government & External Liaison

Build and maintain relationships with :

Municipal Corporations, State Health Departments, Fire Department, and Urban Development Authorities.

Local statutory bodies, Police, and Nodal Officers for compliance and inspections.

ART / PCPNDT advisory boards and medical councils.

Documentation & Compliance

Prepare, verify, and submit all required documents for regulatory applications.

Maintain updated compliance registers for each clinic location.

Handle audits, inspections, and queries from authorities.

Ensure strict adherence to PCPNDT, ART Act, and local / state healthcare regulations.

Operational Support

Work closely with Expansion / Projects team during clinic setup to ensure compliance timelines align with fit-out and launch schedules.

Coordinate with architects, project managers, and legal teams to ensure regulatory requirements are embedded in clinic design and operations.
