Role Mission : Precision Growth at Speed & Scale
As Growth Manager – Sales, you will drive high-velocity B2B acquisition and revenue growth by leading outbound sales efforts across our ERP, LMS, and Shared Services offerings. The role demands accuracy in solution mapping, volume in activity, and speed in pipeline conversion—delivering measurable commercial outcomes in a complex, compliance-driven market.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth
Consistently exceed sales targets through structured B2B acquisition, ensuring balanced distribution across ERP, LMS, and service lines.Deliver sustainable revenue growth aligned to quota and forecast.Outbound Sales Execution
Drive high-volume cold calling and email outreach to generate qualified sales opportunities.Apply outbound rigor while maintaining messaging quality and empathy.Pipeline Development
Build and maintain 3x quota coverage using CRM discipline, targeted messaging, and warm follow-ups.Maintain velocity without compromising targeting or compliance.Sales Enablement
Build and refine product-specific sales playbooks grounded in buyer personas, objections, and industry nuance.Convert insights into repeatable GTM strategies.Client Conversion & Onboarding
Ensure 100% SLA adherence during onboarding, with ≥90% NPS.Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from sale to activation.Core Competencies
