Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team on a Contract-to-Hire basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews across multiple roles and domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions shared by stakeholders.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Support HR team with offer roll-outs and documentation as required.
- Maintain recruitment MIS / reports for tracking hiring progress.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
