Key Responsibilities :
- Lead architecture, design, and solutioning for complex ServiceNow implementations across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and custom applications.
- Define and maintain the ServiceNow platform roadmap, ensuring scalability, reliability, and
alignment with business objectives.
Develop high-level architecture diagrams, data models, integration designs, and system workflows.Provide hands-on technical leadership using Glide scripting, Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs, and Flow Designer.Guide development teams in building custom applications and automation workflows using ServiceNow App Engine.Ensure adherence to ServiceNow coding standards, platform governance, and ITIL-based processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and ensure optimal solution delivery.Drive integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs, MID Server, and integration hubs.Conduct platform reviews, performance optimization, and best practice recommendations.Mentor junior developers and support continuous improvement of the ServiceNow ecosystem.8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and architecture.Strong hands-on expertise in ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and custom apps using ServiceNow AppEngine.
Proficiency in Glide scripting, UI Policies, Business Rules, ACLs, Script Includes, Flow Designer,and Client Scripts.
Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and process design methodologies.Experience designing integrations, automation workflows, and scalable platform Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot platform and integration issues(ref : hirist.tech)
