Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal Intern at SATHYA KUMAR LAW CHAMBERS, located in Chennai, with flexibility for some work from home. The Legal Intern will be responsible for assisting with legal research, preparing legal documents, consulting on legal issues, and providing general support to the legal team. Daily tasks may include drafting legal documents, conducting research on relevant laws and regulations, and offering insights on legal matters. The intern will also engage in communication with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring all legal practices adhere to current laws and policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Law and Legal Issues
• Skills in Legal Consulting and Legal Document Preparation
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Law or in the final year of obtaining it
• Previous internship or work experience in a legal setting is a plus
