Solution Advisor Senior Specialist - HCM

What you’ll do

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing India-based Solution Advisory team (presales) supporting the India region. As a Solutions Advisor, you will be a key Presales partner to Sales Account Managers and the Customer Success Team, supporting SuccessFactors' business objectives by delivering high-quality business and product presentations and demonstrations.

You will also play an important role in opportunity qualification and help drive successful outcomes. The Solutions Advisor will bring deep domain expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM), including functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors across the Hire-to-Retire value chain

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Industry, Sales and Customer Success team members, problem solving, preparing and delivering documented solutioning options with clear value benefits
• Analyse prospects and customers’ requirements with team members and experts for solution outcomes : propose tailored SuccessFactors HCM solutions
• Lead product demonstrations and executive-level presentations (remote and onsite).
• Engage with customers to improve value from SAP solution adoption

Provide best-practice guidance on customer processes aligned with SAP Business Suite range of applications including S / 4HANA, Leanix and Signavio
