Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Installation & Commissioning

Plan, supervise, and execute the installation of wind turbines, including foundations, towers, nacelles, blades, electrical systems, and control equipment.
Coordinate with civil, electrical, mechanical, and logistics teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure adherence to manufacturer guidelines, project specifications, and safety standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning phases.

Technical Support

Provide technical guidance to field teams and subcontractors.

Conduct inspections and quality checks during installation.

Assist in testing, calibration, and commissioning of turbine control systems and SCADA integration.

Project Coordination & Reporting

Prepare daily / weekly progress reports, installation schedules, and material requisition.

Liaise with vendors, clients, and site teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.

Ensure compliance with site safety protocols and environmental regulations.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Renewable Energy Engineering

Certifications in safety training (e.g., OSHA, HSE) preferred

Experience :

3–7 years of experience in wind turbine installation, heavy machinery erection, or related fields

Experience with wind turbine manufacturers (GE, Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, etc.) is a plus
