Role- IT Recruiter- AM- Bangalore(no relocation)

Notice period- immediate or 15 days

Experience required- 4-7 years (end to end recruitment- IT Hiring)

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead IT talent acquisition efforts for mid to senior-level positions.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top IT talent.
• Manage candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and facilitate selection processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and employer branding.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
• Mentor junior recruiters and enhance team capabilities.
