Job Title : Tech Lead Java Developer

As a Tech Lead – Java Backend Developer , you will lead a team of backend engineers in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality, scalable, and high-performance software solutions. This role combines strong technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure successful delivery of complex projects while maintaining best practices in architecture and coding.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the backend development team by providing architectural direction, design reviews, and coding guidance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Design & develop scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot , Microservices architecture , Hibernate , and RESTful APIs .
• Implement event-driven architecture and real-time data processing using Apache Kafka .
• Utilize Redis for caching, session management, and performance optimization.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure adherence to coding standards and clean code principles.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables while collaborating closely with QA, DevOps, and product teams.
• Stay updated on industry best practices , emerging technologies, and advocate for their adoption.

Key Skills & Requirements :

Location : (Thane)

Mode : 5 days Work from Office - Alternate Saturday working

Experience : 8+ years in backend development, with at least 2+ years in a lead role.n software development.
