Job Description :

We are hiring a Java Team Leader for a Leading Bank at their Head Office. The role requires a strong leader with expertise in Core and Advanced Java who can manage a team of developers, drive project delivery, and ensure high coding standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and mentor a team of 10+ Java developers.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance banking applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, product, testing, and operations).

Review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure best practices in development.

Manage end-to-end project delivery within deadlines.

Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance application performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development.

Strong expertise in Core Java & Advanced Java (JSP, Servlets, JDBC, etc.) .

Hands-on experience with frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.) is preferred.

Proven experience in team handling (10+ members) .

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
