As part of our SRE team in Bengaluru, you will collaborate closely with our development counterparts, embracing the DevOps philosophy and data-driven approaches.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support Adobe Cloud hosted applications, virtual machines, databases, and storage systems in cloud deployments.
• Identify and support application monitoring solutions.
• Repair and resolve challenging issues to sustain flawless operations.
• Ensure maximum uptime, performance, and security for UNIX-based services.
• Craft and improve operational documentation.
• Support and mentor team members with your expertise.
• Analyze performance trends to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to roll out new products and services.
• Perform system administration tasks such as account management, patching, and application deployment.
• Enforce security compliance processes and controls.
• Automate routine cloud deployment and monitoring tasks programmatically.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call pager rotation and incident management.
