Job description
- Trouble shoots day-to-day sales issues at the customers place
- Analyses and highlights to the Area sales Manager complex Sales / technical issues.
- Plans and visits the customer vendor sites for resolution of routine Sales issues.
- Monitors, checks and documents payments, bill details, overdue, short payment, delivery status.
- Liaise with TSS person in smooth operation of paint Line.
- Reduce NM / SM stock, forecasting regular orders in system and introduce new shade trial runs
Key Responsibilities :
Resolves day-to-day sales issues from the process to maximize sales and achieve target budget.Monitoring overdue / outstanding and payment collection from the customers.Checks and modifies the customers order based on requirement.Updates technical / SCPC of fresh requirement, technical issues etc on regular bases.Monitors stock level and liquidation of SM / NM Stock.Skills Required
