Job descriptionShould have 5+ year experience in preparing reviewing 1041, 1040 ,1065, 1120 and 1120S forms Should able to handle a team size of minimum 5-7 employees Knowledge of Accounting Clean-up Experience in Complex Tax Preparation (1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120 and 990) Experience in Gift and Estate Tax returns and Multi State Taxation Familiar with Tax research, work papers preparation Client interaction on call as well as email. Knowledge of Form 8865, 3520, 5471 and 5472 will be preferred
