VP / AVP / BM - NRI Desk

QuickTurtle is seeking an accomplished and results-oriented VP / AVP / BM for our NRI Desk . In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue targets, building and managing a high-performing team of NRI Relationship Managers, and expanding our presence with clients in Dubai and other offshore locations across a diverse range of investment products.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve the revenue targets set for the NRI Team. This involves broking across Equity, Derivatives, Commodity, and Currency, as well as actively cross-selling products like Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIFs to existing acquired NRI clients from Dubai and other offshore locations.
• Lead the hiring and training of the NRI team, focusing on enhancing their product knowledge and selling skills.
• Improve and maintain the client activity ratio by ensuring clients are actively engaged across all investment segments.
• Coordinate effectively with different internal teams to ensure seamless operations and client service.
• Demonstrate strong channel management skills to optimize client acquisition and service delivery.
• Function as a Team Leader , capable of hiring and training new NRI Relationship Managers.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret complex business information and drive strategic decisions.
• Manage and mentor a team of NRI Relationship Managers , fostering their growth and ensuring target achievement.
