Job Overview

We are seeking a Mid-Level Sales Executive with 4 to 6 years of experience for our locations in Delhi and Ahmedabad. This full-time position involves using your expertise to drive sales and manage relationships with our esteemed clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a reputable company's growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Salesforce is mandatory, as it is essential for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
  • Proven capability in lead generation (Mandatory skill), utilizing effective techniques to attract and convert potential clients.
  • Experience in cold calling (Mandatory skill) to initiate conversations with prospects and present our product offerings convincingly.
  • Strong negotiation skills to facilitate mutually beneficial agreements and close deals effectively.
  • Hands-on experience in field sales with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets within a specified territory.
  • Ability to operate efficiently as a Business Development Manager, identifying growth opportunities and executing strategic plans.
  • Track record of success in a Sales Executive role, with the capability to manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Experience as a Sales Manager, demonstrating leadership in driving team performance and achieving company objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base and increase product sales within assigned territories.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Generate leads through innovative methods and approaches to increase sales volume.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers, highlighting product features and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage negotiations with potential clients to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with team members and share best practices to enhance overall team performance.
