Job descriptionTechnical expertise in network troubleshooting, hardware management, and application support. Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes aligned with ITIL practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve escalated technical issues effectively. Experience in cloud platforms, virtualization technologies, or database administration is an added advantage. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and clients. Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure Troubleshoot complex network issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects forward Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure 4-8 years of experience in L2 and L3 network engineering Strong knowledge of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.)
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for L2 & L3 Engineers located in Noida. The role involves providing critical technical support, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the design, implementation, and maintenance of various technology environments. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, resolving escalated technical issues, and ensuring system reliability and optimal performance. You will also work on infrastructure management, perform system updates, and assist in implementing best practices for system administration and security.

- Palo Alto Firewall
- Fortinet (FG) Firewall
- Cisco Wireless (WLC and APs)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
