Job Overview :

Own end-to-end HR operations : hiring, onboarding, attendance / HRMS, policy roll-outs, basic payroll inputs, and engagement—ensuring smooth people operations for a growing team.

Key Responsibilities :

Source, screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews

Manage onboarding, documentation, HRMS / attendance & leave records

Prepare basic payroll inputs and maintain employee files

Implement HR policies; support employee engagement & culture

Create weekly HR reports / MIS in Google Sheets

Requirements : Bachelor’s degrees

‍ 1.5–2+ years of HR / TA / generalist experience

️ Fluency in Hindi & Punjabi for internal coordination and candidate communication ; English is a plus

Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel and HR tools (HRMS / ATS)

Strong communication, follow-through, and documentation skills
