Role Overview

Neulife is looking for a dynamic HR Manager with a sharp eye for talent acquisition and recruitment to help us scale our high-performance team across functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment and is passionate about identifying and onboarding top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and offer rollouts
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline across functions including operations, marketing, sales, tech, and supply chain
• Draft compelling job descriptions and coordinate postings across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
• Conduct initial HR interviews and assessments to identify cultural and functional fit
• Maintain and update the recruitment tracker, candidate MIS, and hiring funnel performance reports
• Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower needs and timelines
• Support onboarding and smooth handover to HR Ops for joining formalities
