Senior Urban Planner and Team Leader

Opportunity for Sr. Urban Planner for a Master Planning project at Navi Mumbai.

1) Designation : Team Leader & Sr. Urban Planner

2) Educational qualification : Bachelor of Architecture or B.E. (Civil) and Post- Graduation in Urban Planning, City Planning, Town & Country Planning or equivalent. He / she must be a member of Institute of Town Planners, India. Knowledge of GIS software and work experience will be preferred.

3) Work Experience : Minimum 15 years after post-graduation in Urban Planning, city planning. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in preparation of Development Plans for New Towns, SEZ, ports. Shall have experience in Team Lead position for at least 3 years. Knowledge of local language is desirable. Candidate having knowledge of MR&TP Act, 1966, SEZ Act and Planning regulations in Maharashtra will be preferred.

4) Project : Master Planning of JNPA Special Economic Zone and Project Support to Special Planning Authority.

5) Location : Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
