Law / Legal Internship in Lucknow

Are you a bright and ambitious Law / Legal intern looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment JBLC INDIA is seeking a talented individual who is proficient in MS-Office, MS-Word, and has excellent English speaking and writing skills. As an intern with us, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our legal team on a variety of projects, gaining hands-on experience in the legal field.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal research, drafting, and compliance documentation for litigation and corporate matters.

Manage and support client onboarding processes including agreements, due diligence, compliance checks, and initial consultation follow-ups.

Assist in case preparation for Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts & Tribunals.

Coordinate with empaneled lawyers, associate lawyers, and interns for assignments and reporting.

Lead ATL (Above the Line) activities : legal awareness campaigns, seminars, bar association meetings, conferences, and institutional outreach.

Lead BTL (Below the Line) activities : client engagement drives, lawyer outreach, campus tie-ups, referral networks, and associate acquisition campaigns.

Maintain case briefs, records, MIS reports, and ensure smooth legal workflow.

Directly report to Senior Partners and play an active role in firm growth.
