Job Description :

SAP SD Configuration and Customization :

Design and configure the SAP SD module to meet business requirements, including order management, pricing, shipping, and billing.

Business Requirements Analysis :

Work with cross-functional teams and clients to analyze business needs and propose suitable solutions.

Integration :

Ensure seamless integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules (like MM, FI) and external systems.

Implementation Lifecycle :

Participate in full-lifecycle SAP implementations, from blueprinting to testing and deployment.

Functional Documentation :

Create functional specifications for changes and document configurations, processes, and solutions.

Troubleshooting :

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues related to SAP SD workflows.

Collaboration :

Work with development teams to build and test solutions and collaborate with other functional teams.

Best Practices :

Stay updated with SAP S / 4HANA updates and industry best practices to optimize system performance.

Required Skills & Experience

SAP SD Expertise : Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience with the SAP Sales and Distribution module.

Order-to-Cash (OTC) Process : Deep understanding of the entire OTC process.

SAP S / 4HANA / ECC : Experience with both SAP S / 4HANA and SAP ECC environments.

Configuration Experience : Proven experience in customizing SAP SD master data, pricing, sales orders, deliveries, and billing.

Functional Specification Writing : Ability to write clear and comprehensive functional specifications for custom development.

Testing Skills : Experience in end-to-end testing and managing the testing process.

Analytical Skills : Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Cross-Functional Team Experience : Experience working effectively in cross-functional teams.
