Designation : VP - Debt Syndication

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 10+ years

Role & Responsibilities :

• Evaluate credit transactions and provide structuring inputs to enhance saleability in the high-yield and special situations segment for NBFCs and onshore / offshore funds.
• Foster strong relationships with external investors to ensure timely syndication.
• Manage deal closure, including sanctions, documentation, and funding.
• Collaborate with Origination / Execution teams to structure and execute deals.
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve objectives.
• Develop and manage relationships with external clients (NBFCs, Wealth Market) and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
