Role Description

This is a hybrid role for a Performance Marketing Executive at Katalyst. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to market planning, market research, communication, budgeting, audience creation and ads execution. The position is located in Mumbai but allows for work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Market Planning and Market Research skills
• Communication and Advertising skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of performance marketing tools and platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with data analysis and reporting
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience with Running Meta / Google Ads
• Google Analytics or AdWords certification is a plus
