Role & Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end digital campaign lifecycle, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Work within the programmatic media ecosystem, utilizing demand-side platforms (DSPs) for large-scale clients.
- Collaborate with external clients to understand advertising opportunities and build relevant solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Oversee onboarding of new accounts by creating effective Ads campaigns to meet growth and revenue goals.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain account information, forecast performance, and prioritize tasks to achieve targets.
- Apply consultative sales methodologies for managing complex digital ad campaigns across search, display, mobile, and video channels.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google AdWords, Display & Video 360 (DBM), and Google Analytics, with strong focus on ROI tracking.
- Implement strategies to meet agency goals and deliver high levels of client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present weekly / monthly progress and performance reports to management.
- Capture and analyze Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback to refine strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
- Maintain high levels of attention to detail and accuracy while working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Leverage Excel skills (vlookups, string functions, logical functions, pivot tables) to interpret data and make informed business recommendations.
