Job descriptionManage my calendar, schedule calls, and block focus time Maintain a weekly “CEO dashboard” of pending tasks, deadlines, upcoming meetings Triage email inbox and flag urgent messages Accompany me on important client and internal calls, take detailed notes, and prepare action item summaries Coordinate hiring tasks (posting JDs, scheduling interviews, onboarding docs) Prepare and send monthly client invoices Track payments and send polite follow-ups for overdue invoices Maintain revenue and invoice tracker sheets Keep expense receipts organized for accounting Send me weekly finance summaries (paid vs outstanding) Analyze competitor and influencer profiles - document what works Build a weekly content idea sheet with hooks, post topics, and inspiration Prepare drafts for posts, X threads, and carousels (I’ll review & approve) Create basic Canva graphics and format posts for publishing Schedule approved posts and track engagement metrics weekly Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy with confidential data Great communicator with strong written English Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Slack, Canva, scheduling tools) Loves social media, research, and coming up with creative ideas Self-starter who takes ownership and keeps me one step ahead You’ll remove admin bottlenecks, keep finances organized, and help me stay consistent on social media - freeing me to focus on strategy, clients, and growth.
Salary : 25,000 INR Per Month
Timings : 1 PM - 10 PM (M-F)
