Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Software Engineer with extensive knowledge in Pega Systems (including Pega Constellation and Pega Customer Service framework ). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pega Systems, coupled with expertise in front-end technologies.

As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will play pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of projects and driving technological innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement Pega applications that meet business requirements. This includes creating workflows, user interfaces, and data models using Pega's tools and best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including high-level and low-level design documents, coding standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
• Identify, troubleshoot , and resolve technical issues within Pega applications . This involves debugging, performance tuning, and ensuring the stability and reliability of the applications.
• Work closely with Technical Lead, TPM and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Pega features and best practices. Continuously seek opportunities to improve existing applications and processes, ensuring they remain efficient and effective.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
