Job Title : Senior Software Engineer Golang & AWS

Location : Pune (Hybrid Mode)

Experience : Minimum 8 years in software development, including 5+ years of hands-on Golang experience

Shift : 3 : 00 PM 12 : 00 AM IST

Notice Period : Immediate joiners or up to 15 days

Role Overview :

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with strong proficiency in Golang, AWS, and enterprise application development. The selected candidate will be responsible for architecting, developing, and supporting highly scalable, reliable, and secure applications. This position also involves close collaboration with clients, product teams, and senior leadership to deliver business-critical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of complex software applications.
Write efficient, maintainable, and reusable code, adhering to best practices such as TDD and peer code reviews.
Modernize and enhance existing systems while developing proof-of-concepts for new features.
Guarantee application scalability, availability, reliability, and security at all stages.
Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines and support deployment automation.
Participate in architectural discussions and maintain clear technical documentation.
Proactively troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate them where applicable.

Must-Have Skills :

Backend : Golang (5+ years)

Frontend : JavaScript (5+ years)

Database : PostgreSQL

Cloud : AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, SES)

Tools : Maven, Ant, Event Sourcing

Requirements :

8+ years of overall software development experience with proven expertise in enterprise-grade applications.

Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining consumer-facing platforms, APIs, and integration solutions.

Strong knowledge of performance tuning, scalability, and application security best practices.

Track record of collaborating with senior management, technology leaders, and product teams.

Self-driven professional with a sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
