Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to support our Business Development team by auditing calls, emails, and proposals, ensuring communication standards, and driving continuous improvement in client engagement and sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit BD interactions (calls, emails, proposals) to ensure quality and process compliance.
• Assess discovery calls, presentations, and RFP responses for alignment with business goals.
• Identify training needs and provide feedback to improve performance and communication.
• Track KPIs, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.
• Support CRM accuracy and sales strategy refinement.
