Our flagship brand, Aquench , is a scientifically formulated electrolyte drink designed to help people stay hydrated, energized, and refreshed.We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads to scale our digital presence and drive customer acquisition.Role OverviewThe Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. This role requires analytical depth, creative testing, and performance-driven execution to maximize ROI and accelerate growth for both D2C website and marketplace sales .Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Strategy & ExecutionPlan, set up, and optimize performance campaigns on Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads.Develop full-funnel media strategies for awareness, acquisition, and retention.Manage remarketing, dynamic ads, and lookalike audience targeting.2. Budget & Performance ManagementPlan monthly budgets and allocate spends effectively across channels.Optimize campaigns for KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.Scale campaigns profitably while maintaining efficiency.3. Creative Testing & CollaborationWork with the creative team to develop ad copies, videos, and visuals tailored for paid campaigns.Conduct A / B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.4. Analytics & ReportingTrack, analyze, and report campaign performance on a daily / weekly basis.Use data-driven insights to refine campaigns and improve ROI.Stay updated with algorithm changes, new ad formats, and industry benchmarks.5. D2C & Marketplace FocusDrive traffic and conversions for Aquench’s D2C website.Support performance ads for marketplace promotions (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads if needed).Collaborate with sales / e-commerce team to align campaigns with promotions and seasonal demand.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.3–4 years of proven performance marketing experience (FMCG, Healthcare, or D2C brand preferred).Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) .Hands-on with Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Data Studio / Looker Studio .Familiarity with landing page tools (Unbounce, Webflow) and CRO principles.Strong understanding of performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPC, CPM).Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.What We OfferOpportunity to scale a fast-growing hydration brand through digital channels.A collaborative, performance-oriented work culture.Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.Provident Fund (PF).Comprehensive Medical Insurance.Cellphone reimbursement.
