Production & Operations Management :

Skills – Managed mid to large scale events

Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events, from small corporate meetings to large-scale concerts, exhibitions, launches, activations, and MICE events.

Ensure all aspects of project production and logistics are meticulously planned, including venue selection, transportation, equipment sourcing, catering, staff coordination, and on-site management.

Manage and oversee event timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.

Develop and maintain detailed event plans, risk assessments, and contingency plans to ensure smooth execution.

Collaborate closely with other teams to troubleshoot any last-minute issues, ensuring seamless event delivery.

Art Direction & Creative Oversight :

Work closely with the creative team to ensure the visual and experiential aspects of each project align with client objectives, brand identity, and industry trends. Ensure the designs created in the studio are executed in accordance on-ground.

Oversee the artistic direction of event design, including staging, lighting, audio-visual elements, and the overall event aesthetic, ensuring high production value.

Collaborate with fabrication teams to bring creative concepts to life, including the design and construction of stage, installations, exhibits, and displays.

Ensure that all design elements are executed with precision, maintaining consistency and attention to detail across all event touch points.

Provide guidance and expertise to art direction teams, including graphic designers, 3D designers, drafters, lighting technicians, and fabricators, to create immersive and visually compelling experiences.

Strategic Planning & Execution :

Oversee the end-to-end process of event management, from initial concept development, budgeting, and planning to execution and post-event evaluation. Ensure all projects align with organizational objectives, brand guidelines, and client expectations.

Client Relationship Management :

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors. Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level clients, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and satisfaction.

Budgeting & Financial Oversight :

Create and oversee project budgets and financial planning, ensuring projects are delivered within budget while meeting or exceeding quality standards. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards.

Quality Assurance & Risk Management :

Ensure all projects meet company quality standards and comply with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements. Identify and mitigate risks, troubleshooting potential issues before, during, and after the projects.

Project Management, Operational Efficiency & Continuous Improvement :

Implement best practices in production and operations management, continually assessing and improving processes for better efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.

Event Innovation & Trend Awareness :

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies. Lead the innovation of new event concepts that push boundaries and create memorable experiences.

Project Profit & Loss Management :

Ensure optimal margins for the projects and achievements of set revenue targets.
