We provide clean, convenient, and well-located rooms for long-term rent in beautiful condominiums and landed houses across Singapore—catering to professionals, expatriates, and locals who desire a comfortable, hassle-free living experience.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive who will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new properties into our co-living portfolio. The role involves coordinating with property owners, negotiating agreements, and ensuring smooth transition of properties into our management system.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide suitable product / service solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain and update sales pipeline, reports, and client records.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.
  • Target-driven with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must have own laptop with webcam.
  • Flexible to work Singapore timings (6 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM IST) with Sunday as a week off.

    This role requires daily travel to our office in Chennai, Vanagaram, Maduravoyal, so candidates must be comfortable commuting.
