Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities
- Support payroll coordination and resolve employee queries related to compensation and benefits
- Assist in drafting HR policies and maintaining compliance with labor laws
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive work culture
- Coordinate training programs, performance reviews, and feedback processes
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth HR operations and process improvements
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR or related field1–4 years of experience in recruitmentGood understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and best practicesExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Google workspace, MS Office and basic HRMS toolsSelf-driven, empathetic, and proactive in problem-solvingWhy Join Us?
