Specialist Job Summary :

Bridge the worlds of product, marketing, and customers by creating compelling narratives for AI-powered solutions. You ll work closely with product, sales, and partner teams to shape positioning, build assets, and enable presales engagement Key Responsibilities : Craft positioning and messaging for OpenAI offerings in the ecosystem. Support presales conversations by preparing demos, proposals, and solution decks. Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform GTM strategy. Collaborate with engineering / product teams to translate technical capabilities into business value. Enable sales teams with training materials, playbooks, and use-case collateral

Qualifications

MBA from a premier B-school with 2 5 years of experience in IT / AI / technology industries.

Strong technical grounding in AI / ML / Cloud computing. Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.

(1.) - Conduct periodic audits across LoBs to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and CoE processes

• Collate audit findings, analyse the same and prepare reports on the findings
• Support to the LoB HR to come up with an action plan based on the audit findings
• Follow up with the LoB HR for execution of action plans to ensure closure of non-compliances

(2.) - Prepare reports periodically for the CoE review with the Senior Management

(3.) - Study the HR plan and understand requirements from the CoE
