Account Manager / Client Servicing Manager - Social Media - 4 Positions

We are looking to hire people who are PASSIONATE & SMART, and who are willing to build a career in Client servicing or account management.

Job role : Key Account Manager

Experience : Min 2-3 years

Job Location : Hyderabad

Salary : depending on the relevance of experience and industry

Industry Experience : Ad agency experience preferred

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Be a part of the client meeting, take briefs, communicate with various teams, and be a part of the strategy pitch.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Meet clients now and then to ensure the monthly plan of action and deliverables are met
• Communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to the client
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
