Requirements
1. Full IIQ / SNOW Automation for 32 ServiceNow Access Request Catalogs
Scope of Work :
Conduct a detailed review of existing ServiceNow catalogs to determine the optimal automation strategy.Automate provisioning and de-provisioning of user access based on requirements provided for each catalog using ServiceNow and SailPoint (IIQ).Collaborate with SailPoint engineers to ensure automation is implemented and tested across Dev, QA, and Production environments.Perform comprehensive testing for each catalog integration.Manage production releases for automated catalogs.Maintain thorough documentation of all automation efforts in Confluence.Coordinate with catalog owners, the ServiceNow team, the SailPoint team, and LPL leadership for alignment and progress tracking.2. Enhanced Automated Notifications for Just-in-Time (JIT) and Termination Processing
Scope of Work :
Review the current inventory of onboarded applications in SailPoint to identify those not configured for JIT processing.Analyze and implement JIT certification configurations for applicable applications.Ensure complete documentation of all JIT configurations and associated applications.Maintain regular communication with relevant stakeholders and the SailPoint team to provide updates and align on progress.Benefits
