Job description

Experience :

  • 5+ years in the automobile industry as a trainer.
  • 2+ years as a Sales Team Leader or Manager.
  • 2+ years in frontline automobile sales.
  • language : Proficiency in English and the relevant regional language.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong in coaching, mentoring, and performance review.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Passion for automobiles and people development.
  • Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deliver training across Sales, Service, Used Car, Guest Relations, and Value Chain.
  • Conduct hybrid training sessions (online and offline).
  • Perform audits, gap analysis, SOP reviews, and training content customization.
  • Ensure KPI achievement : Knowledge Index, Enquiry Conversion, Retail Performance, etc.
  • Submit training effectiveness reports and monthly performance reviews.
  • Support in dealer manpower recruitment and training program logistics.
