Job Description :

We are looking for an exceptional attorney with a strong passion for learning, drafting, negotiation in a broad spectrum of banking and commercial agreements. As a member of the COE Legal team, you will be assisting in the following :

• 1. Projects
• Providing legal analysis and support on legal projects and documentation;
• Review, draft and negotiate legal documents, and providing legal support to the Global Legal Teams (Strong technical knowledge in contracts is essential and knowledge of and experience with negotiations of commercial contracts with strong attention to detail);
• Collaborate and support of large, complex matters, deals or remediation projects.; and
• Provide gap analysis and summary of transaction and client specific deviations in negotiated agreements from standardized templates or against playbooks and policy manuals to identify discrepancies, escalation mechanisms and managing remediation exercises.
• 2. Automation & Technology Assimilation
• Assist in the development of in-house tools for various Global Legal Teams to manage their tasks more effectively and efficiently; and
• Identifying potential projects / requests suitable for automation and work in tandem with the respective technology teams to provide solutions.
